When is the race?

Sunday October 29th, 2017 Start at 9:00am (NEW START TIME)

When will registration close?

On-line registration will close Oct. 23rd at midnight

Where will my entry fee go?

100% of the race revenue, after expenses, will go to the Gretchen B. Hatch Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Do I need to bring a photo ID to register?

YES, You MUST HAVE a photo id ready to present to the registration person.

Where is the start?

The race starts at Schouler Park.

Can I walk this race?

Walkers are welcome! All registered walkers must walk the entire race and maintain a 16 min. mile pace.

How long will the course stay open?

The course will close at 12:30. At that time, course marshals will leave the course, and all water stops will close down and pack up. If you are still on the racecourse at 12:30, please move to the sidewalks and observe all local traffic regulations

Can I run or walk with a baby stroller or my dog?

Yes, Strollers are welcome. Please be courteous of other runner's ankles. For safety reasons dogs are not allowed on the course.

Will there be water stations on the course?

Yes, we will have 6 water stations positioned along the course beginning at mile 2.9, 4.9, 6.7, 9, 11, and 12.5.

Will there be port-o-potties on the course?

Yes, we will have one located at mile 6.7. This is Weston's Farm Stand / Relay transfer area.

Can I run with headphones or earbuds?

So that you can hear traffic and race marshals and for safety reasons, we strongly discourage the use of headphones on the course.

Can I get a refund if I register but don't run?

Sorry, once you have registered, there are no refunds or transfers.

Will there be a place where I can leave a bag during the race?

There will be a designated bag storage area under the tent at Schouler Park. Leave your belongings at your own risk.

What prizes will be awarded?

Special awards will be given to the top 3 male and female winners overall of Half & 5K. Awards will be given to the top 3 in each age group. Age groups are - 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Special awards will also be given to the top male and female walker. A special finisher's medal will be given to all finishers. Out of respect for all of the award winners, you must be present to receive your award. No awards will be mailed.

How do I win Cash Prizes?

We will be giving away $1,000.00 in Prize money. All finishers have a chance to win! CASH PRIZE winners must be present to win. Athletes' bib numbers will be placed in a tumbler.
